Only the selected whitespace and line rules are applied. The cleaner does not rewrite wording, spelling, punctuation, or letter case.
Can I preserve paragraph breaks?
Yes. Leave the remove-blank-lines option off to keep paragraph separators while still trimming and collapsing whitespace.
