Running Pace Calculator
Link distance and elapsed time to per-kilometer and per-mile pace, speed, and common race projections.
Method
Pace and speed relationship
Pace is elapsed time divided by distance. Speed is distance divided by elapsed time, so the two are reciprocal views of the same movement.
Race projections hold pace constant and do not account for fatigue, elevation, weather, terrain, or stops.
